We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us.

The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP.
Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Some info:
Windows XP Service Pack 1a (SP1a) provides the latest security and reliability updates to the Windows XP family of operating systems, and includes Internet Explorer 6 SP1. Windows XP SP1a is designed to ensure Windows XP platform compatibility with newly released software and hardware, and includes updates that resolve issues discovered by customers or by Microsoft's internal testing team.

Now to get you so you can get to that update
  • Please download LSPFix from here.
  • Run the LSPFix.exe that you have just finished downloading.
  • Check the I know what I'm doing box.
  • Move nothing just click Finish.
  • Restart Your PC
Click here for: Service Pack 1a

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Glad the LSPFix got you Online, but you will be open to threats without SP1a....there are many bug fixes and security fixes that come with Service Pack 1a. I strongly suggest you install it.

For Service Pack 1a click here
