W2K Pro Startup

I have W2K Pro. When I starup the computer the W2K Pro logo shows up and it takes 3 minutes and 15 seconds to disappear and continue with the booting process. No problems after that.
This happened after I used the Fix It Utilities 6 for the first time for defragmentation of the C:\ drive and I wonder if this could be the problem, before I used Diskeeper 8 for defragmentation.
All help will be appreciated.
