iTunes major annoying problem

iTunes runs normally for a little while then it starts freezing every so often for about 5 - 10 seconds, and the comes back and keeps reapeating. The worst part is when it freezes it freezes the entire comp for 5 - 10 seconds. To fix it I restart my computer and all and then it doesn't freeze for maybe around a good 5 to 10 min. When I went to restart this dialog shows up:
