deleting a file?

hey. when i delete a file on the desktop, it passes by the recycle bin. meaning, it mimicks shift+del when i'm not even holding down the shift key. someone help please

this is not really a major issue, i just have OCD. haha

Hi m7cast...

Has the Recycle Bin been configured to eliminate the files directly?

Right click on the Recycle Bin icon and choose "Properties". Is the box next to "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted." selected? If you have multiple drives, there will be a setting for this for each drive.
