Hello

Just wondered if anyone could help me out. I'm using mac OSX and I'm getting a lot of requests for hi-res press quality pdfs for print. Does anyone know how to acheive this easily as I don't seem to be getting anywhere with acrobat help? I'm using acrobat 7 professional and I'm sure there is an easier way to do this without taking the file into Illustrator, converting to paths and then distilling it.

If anyone can help or know of any helpful books that would be great.
