Outlook Express Help

Well I am currently on my mom's computer. She uses Outlook Express, and everytime she hits Send/Recv she gets the following errors. Any help would be appreciated. These errors have also never happened before.

The first error message can be caused by sending attachments that are too big for the provider to handle. Therefore the first port of call is to purge everything in the Outbox.

The second error can either a knock-on of the first or caused by provider issues.
