crazy IE7 problems

every so often when I open up internet explorer it sometimes go crazy, (bear with the stupid description) - it goes from full page to regular and keeps doing it and won't stop, and i've run virus scan, spybot, and spyware doctor and none of them come back with anything. anyone else having this problem if so how can i fix it

If you have the windows CD, try SFC.
go to start then run type sfc /scannow then hit return.

this should fix this issue.
