Zangdo infected Everything

Ok so I got infected by Zangdo, did all the mal-ware, spyware, adware, system debugging and everything but it still is driving me crazy. Especially with my hotmail. Why does it effect Hotmail the most? I'm ready to buy a new computer, my question is will this "thing" follow me when I open my hotmail through a new computer? am I forever screwed when it comes to my mail?
I know ya'll have posted before how to stop this virus, and I tried everything suggested with no avail. I just need to know if it will infect a new computer as well.
