MS Outlook Standard Signature

Hi,

My company is currently using MS Outlook 2003 on an exchange server.

The company would like to roll out a standard signature (not a disclaimer) to be added to everyones email regarding the enviroment.

Is it possible to add a signature to every member of staff WITHOUT manually adding it to each persons Outlook Account.
