Every time I run Spybot, I get the message that Win32.agent.pz is on my computer. When I tell it to remove the trojan, it says that it cannot remove C:\windows\system32\wsnpoem\video.dll, C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnpoem\audio.dll, and C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnpoem\.

This has affected my ability to use my e-mail. My default e-mail is incredimail, and it will not run. I can download e-mail with Outlook Express 6.0, but if I try to create an e-mail, then Outlook Express says it has encountered a faital error.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this trojan? I have removed Outlook Express, and reinstalled it with no success.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
