How do i disable this function please

Please Help i have a problem but only when i hold the shift key down more than 8 secounds how can i stop it from doing this please is there a way to disable it cause after holding the shift ket more than 8 sec. caps lock up with out the caps lock being pressed when you click on files instead of just one a row of them get high lighted

any help would be really apreaciated Thank You

Bold is not needed and is actually very annoying to read.

Check in the accessibility options and turn off whatever is there.

It's not actually a rule. It is universal forum etiquette. It is sort of like making a post all caps. Punctuation also helps us read and decifer your problem.
