DVD Burning Problems!

Hi,

I burn AVI files pretty regularly and I've noticed a few minor problems. The source file is always perfect but when converted with ConvertX to DVD AND Xilisoft DVD Creator 3 some parts of the video (it just happens randomly but only does it like 3-4 during a movie for like 2-3 seconds) Certain parts of the screen will suddenly pixelate or blur. *Especially animated movies like a Shrek parody* What could the problem be?
