My printer is quit working (HP 2410xi all-in-one). When I try adding a printer, the message opos up "Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running". I've tried "Run", services.msc, and checked the RPC and the status says started. Any other suggestions? My computer is a older Dell Dimension 4600, running XP Pro.

If it is started, double click it then click dependencies to check they are running, then check RPC dependencies

Live chat should pin it down though
