I figured it out all by myself. Not really, I went into Google
and asked how, and got a few answers.
Anyway,this is what I got.....

With the info I sent them from ms/dos, they were able to get back to me,
suggesting it was a firewall or router problem.
I don't have a firewall but I do have a router.
I reset the router for about 45 seconds,
and than disconnected the power cord for about 15 seconds,
Tried it and it worked.
Both Dellnet and Dellmail I can now access.
But I am still looking into a new email.

Glad you got it going, but doesn't explain why others can't access dellnet.com right now. Still can not connect, so possibly it's proprietary? Or locks out none users of dellnet.com?

Your right . Doesn't explain why others can't access the dellnet.
When I shut down my pc and booted it up today, I had to do the same thing
with the router again. Has to be something wrong.
