I work at a helpdesk and a user is getting this error:

It is saying something about the services and controller app not responding

and it makes reference to the services.exe application and it gives this number: 1073741819

Does anyone have any idea of what is causing this error. Once you try and close it the NT authority shuts down the computer after 1 minute Thanks!
