i just installed a new creative xfi fatality sound card. Now when i go to the audio options in bf2, the game crashes and when i try to join a game as well. I'm running vista with 7900 gtx --2 gigs ram--dual core--all updated. I was able to play it fine before i installed the new sound card.

I already reinstalled bf2 and it gave me this error message:

buffer overrun error

Program files/EA Games/BF2voicesetup.exe

plz help :whistling:

Try downloading the latest drivers from creative's website. Make sure that they are Vista drivers.
