Gateway Recovery Media Creator

I have used this program to create two Recovery CD's for my Gateway MX6440 laptop. After I used it, this feature to create recovery CD's seems to have disappeared. Is there any way to access this feature again so that I can remake my Recovery CD's? I was told there is somewhere online that you can buy this program again but I want to avoid that if possible.

Recovery Media Creation is a one time process used to create backup media in the event the recovery partition on the hard drive becomes damaged or the hard drive fails. The media created during this process should be labeled and stored in a safe place.
