I've been having almost all of my laptop users having problems with the OS (Windows 2000) go offline. Offline files icon appears in sys tray, printers are offline and lose mapped network drives. However I can still ping all of the laptops during this or connect remotely. They can go into offline files and choose to work online without sync and it comes back online. There is not specific time or day this is happening. I have disabled the firewall on some to test but still happens. Any Ideas? Thanks for your help in advance.
