Does anyone know how to launch a program as administrator by using Start->Run? I use the command prompt a lot but in Vista half of the features don't work unless I browse to the cmd.exe file, right click, run as administrator. It would be much easier to type it into the Run box.

In Vista you can do it by typing the filename in the Run box and then holding down CTRL+SHIFT and pressing ENTER.

That doesn't seem to work for me. If I do that it just acts normal, not administrator.
