hi happyrck,
Thnks alot for your advice, i guess it solved my problem now. But now the problem is i can't uninstall it from add and remove. i have total video converter player all going smooth but now its not working. Thought to uninstall and reinstall but i can't uninstall neither from the add and remove or from the programme files .
It says "The install file "C:\programme files\Total video converter\unis000.dat" is in a format not recognized by this version of the unistaller.Cannot install: if tried from the programme files.
Can you help me. Since i was tryin to play this .IFO file which cannot be played by the window media player cuz i can hear only not the image and its same with real player too.

Any advice..
Thanks

i guess it solved my problem now

lets take your problems one at a time...
you have to remove programs in the control panel...
click on start...control panel...add/remove programs...then find the programs you want to delete and click on remove

get into safe mode then...click on ..my computer...C: drive...programs folder...find the folder that contains the program your trying to get rid of...right click on that folder...one of your options is to delete it...do it..
then get ccleaner..
it will clean your temp folder, recycle bin, etc..

CCleaner

Don't install any Toolbars, or other programs, should it ask you!Just
uncheck the option of installing the Yahoo toolbar....if you get
the slim version it does not have the toolbar
thats the one I recommend...

It will put a shortcut on your Desktop.

Before first use...
Select Options then Advanced.
UNCHECK "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours"
The rest of the standard settings are fine...

Click on CCleaner to start it. Then click "Run Cleaner"

DO NOT USE ANY OF THE OTHER TOOLS...RUNNING THEM MAY CAUSE OTHER PROBLEMS
