Heya, I've been doing some data cleansing on my computer and a peculiar thing has happened on a specific profile. The most noticeable thing I can mention is my desktop background won't accept an image, however, it will allow me to change colors.

Also, under my start menu, on the left, the commonly used applications and programs are not listed; it's just a large white space.

Upon restarting my computer, any position I left my icons in has been reverted to come order I hadn't approved of.

Certain applications won't remember settings after closing them.

I'd appreciate any help on the subject, thanks.
