ATI 9600 Video Issues - Shader/Colours Showing Wrong Its like using the computer with everything in permanent Gif quality (

Hey there theres no easy way to say this other than giving a screeny and outlining the problem. Basically I think it may be some shaders not loading, but not all colours function correctly and this affects gaming applications like WoW. All other applications such as Limewire and Internet explorer display fine, other than the Windows bar attached to it (X, Square, Minimize) But let me add that all pictures do not load correctly either, colours are not correct. Video displays fine however.

I installed latest drivers 7.5, still didnt solve problem. And I have deduced that it is not the Monitor as it still looks fine in Explorer, besides in pictures and colours.

I moved your post from the vista forum to the games forum (since your not running windows vista).

Looking at your screen shot I can not see any graphical issues. I don't see any issues with jaggies, tearing, or anything like that.

I would start by using some compressed air and clean out the fans on your pc, especially the video card. Sometimes these issues can be caused by heat.
