I am looking for a 3.5" internal reader, but I have never heard of any of the companies at the NewEgg site. Any one have any suggestions...I don't need anymore USB ports either.

A card reader is a card reader in all honesty. Most of them come with the USB port as standard, it won't hurt anything.
