I just downloaded Safari for Windows XP.
Yes you read right.
And when I try to install I get 'Error 2203'.
I got this once before when I went to update iTunes. But I didn't bother to follow through.
Now I've been looking online at ways to fix this and feel really dumb.
I can't find the files I'm told to go to; can't even be sure I've figured out where 'FileManager' is.
I've got XP Pro and used NTFS when I reinstalled the os a few months ago. That was easier than this.
Hope somebody can help.
Thanks.

Could you tell me what the exact error is? Is it a Windows Installer error?

To answer your question I just tried to install Apple iTune 7.2 update.
I get to the point where it's copied files and is registeringthe product.
I get a pop up box stating that 'The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2203.'
I think this is the Windows installer that they are referring to.
Thanks.
