[Dark Priestess]

Friends computer given to me in desperation. Have loaded NIS 2005 with limited success. Have gone through all steps in your instructions. All programs found different Trojans and spyware. Little able to be disinfected/repaired. Am not that knowledgeable about this subject but trying hard to understand. Can't find any obvious programmes to delete on add/remove programmes. IE has been rerouted to "about:blank" "ntddetect.exe" keeps trying to access internet along with others. IE goes to various spyware pages but they do not appear to be on rogue list. Limited functionality and very slow system. Takes forever to scan using any program, with frequent screen freezing.
Main symptoms: bright red desktop with message to go to "SmartSecurity". Right mouse button not working. Assorted browser windows opening. Every time one blocked it changes slightly. Last one was "C:\WINDOWS\Amp.html" advertising same red screen with "Slimshield" Seems to hijack everything I've tried to do. Loads every application twice but not properly. will not remove cleanly.
Am including Panda Active log and Hijack log. Any help gratefully received
