MicroSoft Windows.hta malicious script

When I start windows XP I receive a message from Norton AntiVirus stating that Windows is trying to run a malicious script (MicroSoft Windows.hta). I have found similiar threads in this forum, but none of the solutions fit my problem.

Also, ever since I have been having this problem, I have not been able to print to my printer.
