i cannot open any programs or my registry anything that is .exe files please help me

Hello! :whistling:

Try to download this and run the .REG file inside the ZIP file to see if it helps. It restores the .EXE file association.

Here is another that works also, you don't have to unzip it, just save it to your desktop and double click to run.EXE Fix
