Thanks for helping. I am trying to install itunes 7.2 but during the install a window opens and says

"Could not set file security for file c:\documents and setting s\all users\application data\apple computer\itunes\sc info\. Error 23. Verify that you have sufficeinet priviledges to modify the security permissions for this file"

I have tried everything including calling itunes support.

I have deleted the files. I have unchecked the read only. I have deleted the old itunes 6. I have ran a search and deleted all the itunes files i could find.

I have turned off all anti virus and turned off windows firewall.

Still I cannot get it to install. :whistling:

I would be very grateful if one of you computer geniuses could help.

Thanks,

Gregg

Hello gmattson,

I am combing though the forums for unanswered threads. Are you still having this issue?

Try creating a new user and installing it under that user.

Does it install?
