Windows Firewall wont come up.

Its says..."Windows Firewall Settings cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running. Do you want to start the Internet Connection Sharing service?" and after i click "ok" it says, "Windows cannot start the Internet Connection Service."

No idea where to stick this at. I assume here becuase of the cennection stuff its talking about.
