when i start my CP two windows pop.

1 says "Mmod caused a problem SENG.DLL error occurred".
the other "Wo caused a problem SEPNG.DLL......"

It means you are infected with the weboffers adware....

Go to the Malware forum on this site, read the instructions and someone will help you remove it.
