I downloaded some .wav files to associate them with different tasks on my computer (PC). These files came from the same website, and I downloaded them to a folder I created. Some of these .wav files play and some do not.

I was wondering if I am doing something wrong.

I did notice that that the sounds that do work show the size of the file, and the nonworking files do not, even though they are a little bigger than some of the working files.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi ChipsA.Hoy...

You may have gotten some corrupt downloads. Are you using some type of accelerator either stand alone or through your ISP? If you are, disable that while you download fresh files and see if you have better results. I would try downloading fresh files in any case.
