Hello. I have a Windows XP Professional OS and am running SP2 on it. I don't have any need for Microsoft Outlook Express so all it is doing is taking up much valued space. I cannot find any uninstallers for it, it is not in Add/Remove Programs, and whenever I try to delete it out of Program Files, everything comes back. Can someone tell me how to permanently delete Outlook Express?

Outlook Express is part if Internet Explorer, and according to Microsoft, integral to Windows XP. Parts of OE are also required for Outlook. I recommend you keep it, however here's a link on removing it:
