i just reformatted my desktop computer.

after reformatting i noticed i couldnt get it above 4bit color but thats just because the drivers arent updated.

so i put in my CD installed my linksys router thingy. plugged in my adapter. but it doesnt recognize it because the drivers arent updated

so how can i update my drivers without the ability to get online?

fixed everything but the adapter issue

What brand of computer do you have? If it is a Dell or something you should have a drivers cd. If it is nonbranded then you should have a motherboard cd with all of the driveers for any onboard devices.

its a compaq. i burned all the drivers and installed them but my adapter still says its not recongnized
