i want to add more memory to my box. i have 256 mb, dimm, 168 pin, pc100.
Can I add to the other open slot, PC5300/4200 512MB, DDR2, 667/553MHZ ?
Or am i restricted to only dimm, 100/133's?

Thanks,

Liz

Yes, you are restricted, I would suggest going to Crucial Memory and let their scanner tell you what type of memory is guaranteed compatible with your computer.

You cannot use PC5300 memory with PC100, the technologies are entirely different and it wouldn't fit anyway.
You need 168 pin SD Memory/SDRAM. It is Not the same as DDR SDRAM, which is 184 pin.
