Hidden partion

I have a Toshiba Satelite laptop and I believe there is a hidden partion because I'm not able to boot from any other software, how can I find or disable this????

This software is Norton Goback I like this because it can solve all my computer problems and I'm able to surf the internet with any risk because I'm always able to revert my drive to previous time this is much better then windows restore that always keep somethings behind on your drive instead of a real revert.
