So I have 2 harddrives, one with Windows XP, and one with OpenSuSE with GRUB on it.
After I reinstalled Windows, the bootloader stopped showing up, so I tried changing the boot priority of the harddrives, when I expect the loader to show up, all I see is the text 'GRUB'. (At the point where the computer looks for boot devices)

I know about nothing about how the bootloader works, but I'm pretty sure it's located in OpenSuSE. (I've also seen the bootloader files there, I don't even know if it can be installed on windows)

By the way, my Windows harddrive has always had the highest boot priority when using GRUB.
