Very slow and some popups

Hello im a decent geek living in sweden having some problems with my computer such as popups etc (Win antivirus pro) and very very slow moments, including alot 100%CPU usage when i run simple programs.. I suspect it could be junk programs/viruses or worse.. Also i would like to have some suggestions on what Antivirus/firewall/Antivirus-shield programs i should have installed.. Right now i have AVG Antispyware and AVG Antivirus, Though my antivirus spyware doesnt work correctly right now i´ll reinstall it sometime later. Please respond on what i should do, thx
