I continuously get disconnected every about 1 1/2 hours. Sometimes longer sometimes shorter.
This doesn't happen when I directly connect to my modem, which is why I believe it has to do with the router. I have 1 desktop and 2 Xbox's connected to it.

When i do get disconnected my desktop has the message " A Network Cable is unplugged", then after about 1 minute the internet connects itself again and I am able to get back on.

The disconnecting is very annoying and any help would be greatly appreciated.

My router is a D-link WBR 2310 and my computer is on XP Professional.

I am using Cable internet 4.0 Mbps.
