Hi,

I would like to upgarde my memory on my PC, could i purchase any old RAM stick and just slot it in or do i have to be specific about the type, or number before purchasing?

what is the model of ur motherboard and make etc then and only then can we give further imfomation and it is preferable to get the same brand and type memory as the existing memory if u intend to use them together.
