Help my Display settings will not change from 16 Bits ( 64 x 480 ) and it will not let me change it.How can I correct the problem.

First try, right click MY COMPUTER, choose PROPERTIES, choose DEVICE MANAGER, go to DISPLAY ADAPTER, click +, select display adapter, choose delete/remove/uninstall (can't recall what it says in win98 at the moment).

Reboot, windows will reinstall the drivers

Yes It says remove in Windows 98 and I should do this correct.Then when I re boot it will correct the drivers by re installing what is correct.Thank for you help :tazz:

If the driver is not corrupt, yes, it will reinstall the driver....this works in about 70 percent of the cases.

If it does not work, post back
