Hi im not sure if this is the correct place to post but i wopuld like some help in finding some free software which i can install and use to play dvds so that i can watch standard dvds on my pc monitor im having trouble finding free software most programs turn out to be 30 day trials and the likes any help would be much appriciated thanks in advance..

I apologize for the slow response. If your running windows, then Windows Media Player will play dvd's. Another option would be VLC, by http://www.videolan.org/.
