Is there a way to reset whole computer to return it factory settings?
Will I loose some programs?
I am mostly worried about bellsouth dsl thing
System restore?

What are you attempting to do? because you have posted 3 times, and have not given anyone a chance to help you, You were directed to the malware forum due to symptoms on your other post. You stayed there 48 minutes and proclaimed YOURSELF clean.
We can not help you if you are not willing to do as asked.

It may not be the right thing to do...but if you really want to...

WARNING: YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR HDD! I MEAN IT!

Use your Windows XP install disk to format your HDD, and do a clean install...

Really, I'm sure there is a better option.
