Problems with X7 Chat

Hi , this new chat program is killing me. I have no clue what the problem could be. I am running XP , and my browser is FireFox. I have tried deleting all cokies and repeatedly logging in and out and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a guess or suggestion that may help?
