And I have installed Spybot Search and Destroy, and Adaware, Oh and also Spyware Blaster.

Hi distortionstick, welcome to Geeks to Go! <_<

First let's try and get rid of WinTools, the easiest way is if you can find it in add/remove programs and uninstall it. If not there try C:\Program Files\WinTools and run the uninstall program.

When finished, reboot, run Hijack This again, and post a fresh log so we can keep cleaning.
