autoplay problem

Hello, When I started windows xp today, autoplay keeps poping up. the flashlight swings back and forth a few times, then it goes away for like 3-5 seconds. here is a screen shot of a windows message I got and my log file. What is going on with this thing? cant find screen shot right now, when it shows it self again i will try to capture it. Thank you for your help with this.
