Computer Runner Error, Please help!

hi, im new to this forums but ive been having this one problem with my laptop for a few weeks now. Supposedly, whenever i startup my computer a message pops up saying its a runner error and specify's: Runner File Name (HP Connections.exe) lacks a ‘-‘ (the app id separator). Please help me and tell me the steps i need to take in order to fix this issue. thanks alot

When I googled it, the top result lead me back to these very forums!
Someone was on the trail of fixing this issue >> Read this <<

I'm not sure where darth_ash was going as far as a fix, but try the Last post in that topic to see if that works, but instead of "Compaq_connnections.exe", you want to change it to "HP-connections.exe"
