Hi my name is Rikki and I have a dell computer with windows xp and the version of the computer is 2002. I’m having problems with my D disk drive. Every time I put a disk in the drive it will not read it whether or not it’s a computer game or cd or anything else. The hardware that I have ST380011A and HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8483B and I have tried everything to try and get the drive to read the disks. I tried the troubleshoot and that didn’t help and I have tried cleaning the dust out from my computer and it say that the device is working properly but its not and I really need help because I cant figure out what is wrong with it. So can anyone please help me!!!
