Windows XP Home.
A friend of mine had a problem with his three button Turn Off Computer panel - the Stand-by was acting like it had been greyed out, no response.
Although still in colour, the colours were very weak.
As I had a hibernate button on my PC I decided to give him a Hibernate Button and therefore did so - the Hibernate Button was the same as the Stand-by - weak colour and no response.

I altered the Dword to zero and back to one to try and reset it - still no response.

Any ideas how to enliven these buttons as Off and Restart are all thats left.

Thanks for reading.
