Sometimes when I try to download from the internet all I get is a little box in the upper left hand corner of the screen with little red and blue shapes in it, nothing else on the page.... anyone know what this is?

This calls for a screen shot....-

When on such a page, hit ALT-PRT SC

Then open MS Paint, and hit CTRL-V

Safe that and upload the picture.

Nothing at all happens when I click on the little box in the corner. It's as if the screen is frozen but it's not. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I didn't ask you to click on it...I asked you to take a screenshot of your browser window....

I have not seen what you've described, so a picture might help.

Hitting the PRT SC key on your keyboard will capture and image of your computer screen that you can post in MS Paint, which will allow you to share it with us

sorry, it's way too small to print. It's just a small square, in the top left hand corner of the scren, with 3 shapes inside the square, a smaller red square, a small blue triangle and what looks like an even smaller green circle, but its too small for me to tell. Thanks for trying. As you can tell, I'm not very good at this.

This is the link that I've been trying to open but you will probably be able to open it, since I sent it to a friends who could open it. My friend sent it back to me as an attachment and I saved it in my documents and opened it in adobe. So, it could be something in my computer that won't let me open pdf files. Or not. But thanks for trying to help me
