ok....you've got two jorges.....

while logged in as THE administrator account...do the same steps then highlight the last jorge (the one that's 91.8 MB) and click the delete button at the bottom of that window....then restart and try to log on as jorge again

....can you log in AS the administrator? when you get to the screen where you pic your user...press ctrl + alt + del (might have to press it twice)...this should bring up a classic logon box...type administrator for the user...then the password (the password might be blank)

It will not let me delete it, probably because it is the account I am on right now. When I log in this is the only account shown in the blue login screen.

I know my old account isn't deleted because it is located in

C:/Document and Settings/JORGE

in that same folder I have C:/Document and Settings/Luis

Here is all the folders that I see in "Document and Settings"

Administrator All users
JORGE Luis
TEMP TEMP.JORGE01
TEMP.JORGE01.000 TEMP.JORGE01.001
TEMP.JORGE01.002 TEMP.JORGE01.003
TEMP.JORGE01.004 L2MFIX

It wont let me delete it logged in as "Luis". The only way to do this is if I log in into my old account (Jorge) but I haven't been able to do this since the malware infected my PC. The malware is gone now but this login problem is still happening.

when you get to that screen press ctrl + alt + del (might have to press it twice)...youll get a screen asking for a username and password...put administrator in the user name...then the password used when you set up the computer (this password MIGHT be blank so try that too)....then do the steps i told you before
